Rooms are just like the pictures, very beautiful City is in walkable distance from the hotel Only bad thing is sometimes all of the light flicker, and the top shower head spills more water to the side than downwards. House keeping came in at 9 am (1 hour before checkout) without knocking, while we were still in bed Would still recommend

First and foremost, I must mention the owner of the hotel, who went above and beyond to help me find my lost wallet. Her kindness and dedication to her guests are truly unmatched. I felt so grateful to have stayed at a place where the owner truly cares about the well-being of her guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming and elegant decor that reflects the history and character of Krakow. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the attention to detail in the room's design. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's parking area, which is conveniently located right in the garden of the hotel. This made it easy for me to come and go as I pleased, and I didn't have to worry about finding parking on the busy streets of Krakow. Another highlight is the spa area, which is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. In summary, I would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone visiting Krakow. First thing you notice is that the hotel smells really nice. There is a lovely lady at the reception that gave us plenty of tips. Hotel is clean and in quiet location, equipped with elevator. There is a park nearby where you can exercise. Hotel is in walking distance to city center. Parking is available. There is a electric kettle in the room so bring your own tea/coffee. It was wonderful stay.

This is an great place to stay in Kraków. The location is good, close to the Vistula River, the city centre, a park and the public transportation. The rooms on the third and fourth floors are new and comfy. My suggestion is a blackout curtain for the roof top, as when I was there I easily woke up at 4am with the sunshine. About the service, you can be sure that Margaret will do her best to your stay be amazing. She's a great woman. They're improving the building with a lift, so going to the higher floors will not be so hard anymore. That was a great experience, I really recommend Aparthotel Maargick in Kraków.
